My client a global publishing company are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join their team in Oxford on an initial 3 month contract.

You will be providing technical assistance to computer system users mainly on Dell laptops.

Responsibilities will include:

- Answering user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve
problems
- Assist users on Microsoft applications
- May install software or perform hardware testing remotely
- Assist users with computer software, configuration management, desktop software and
operating system software

Skills required:

- Previous experience in a 2nd line support role
- Familiar with Microsoft applications
- Experience working with Dell and Macs
- Strong customer service and communication skills
