SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - SAP - PAYROLL - TIME

A leading Pharmaceutical client based in Surrey has the opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with excellent SAP transformation experience with Time and Payroll. It is a 6 month contact initially but there is 2 yrs + worth of work.

The IS Senior Project Manager for the payroll and time is responsible for planning and implementing the interfaces for payroll and time projects. You will ensure IS deliverables fit within the overall programme objectives and are met within the designated timeframes of the multiple waves. You will be responsible for building relationship and trust with IIS team working in the project, overall programme manager, service providers/implementation partners and country deployment leads;
The Project manager will be responsible for creating, updating the IS Project Plan, creating updating RAID items and ensuring timelines and deliverables for IS are met.

The Project manager will also be responsible in ensuring the deliverables required by the PMM and SDLC methodology are delivered on time and are of good quality.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • At least 5 years of Project Management experience with large and complex business-system transformation programs.

  • Experience in the Life Sciences Industry

  • Major large, complex high-end SAP implementations; experience in multi-country implementations

  • Broad understanding of SAP HR, EC, Time and PY required

  • Must have had hands-on experience with Project Management

  • Must have had experience with implementing or supporting IS solutions with third party integrations
