Business Programme Manager - 12 month initial contract - Reading
I am currently working with a global organisation on a 12 month initial contract who are looking for an experienced Business Programme Manager based in Reading.
You will have the following responsibilities:

Dealing with stakeholders of all levels (some being very senior).

Managing staff over multiple locations.

Being responsible for annual site plan and delivery, working with site admin, ambassadors and other partners to ensure success.

Drive programmes and projects for CSS to improve employee experience.
You must have the following experience:
-
5+ year's of services and support experience
-
Site and location management
-
Cultural awareness, communication and collaboration skills, across a complex matrixed networks in CSS with stakeholders in multiple locations
The role is paying a monthly rate of between £3,528 - £3,748 a month depending on experience.
