SOURCING MANAGER - PHARMA - R&D
Our client, a market leading Pharma company based in Surrey, has the opportunity for a Sourcing Manager with good experience with Pharma & R&D. The role will primarily focus on performing sourcing for MA-EMEA studies and HEOR activities with an established category strategy. You may be involved in supporting the management of some categories based on your experience/capabilities.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE

Prior category management experience (R&D)
-
Medical Affairs (particularly health economics), PV, or Regulatory Affairs.

Prior sourcing experience

Experience leading global cross-functional initiatives
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Leads cross-functional teams to develop and execute Category Management strategies

Lead supplier identification and selection process at the category and project level

Negotiates commercial business terms for MSA and project-level contracts including but not limited to rates and payment milestones

Pro-actively plan sourcing projects through collaboration with key internal stakeholders

Generate and tracks cost reductions and optimizes spend
