Operations Relationship Manager

Operations Relationship Manager - Exciting new role looking after one of our major MSPs. Volt's dedication to generating more value and reducing risk from every program we manage has earned the confidence and trust of our clients and the industry's longest MSP retention rates.
You will be responsible for a small award-winning team, supporting and enabling them to carry out the end to end recruitment process as effectively and professionally as possible. You will be working together to help meet program goals and objectives finding smarter and more efficient and effective means of working.
The role will be extremely varied, and you'll need a proven ability to problem solve and handle escalations with authority and credibility. You will have exceptional experience in building lasting working relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues.
It is essential that you have previous strategic planning and MSP management experience with multinational and multi site locations. You'll need the ability to use data and analytics to produce meaningful program statistics and identify improvement opportunities.
