Duties will include:
Managing a team of 5-10 resources
Maintain non functional project, resource plan and timelines
Co-ordinate test team tasks and deliverables
Be responsible for the overall test plan design and process for all non-functional testing
Produce/Review test strategies and approaches
Create and maintain test milestone tracker
Skills/Experience:
Proven track record working as a Non Functional Test Manager where you have been responsible for test strategies, resource plans, test coordination etc as per the above.
