Network Security Engineer is urgently required by our leading client based in Redhill / Reigate to lead in the delivery of improved network, infrastructure, and security services. You will be responsible for identifying, investigating, and resolving complex infrastructure and network issues, whilst also actively improving the day to day monitoring of the services. You will act as an SME in the field of networks and network security, taking lead on projects, managing external partners, and advising on any issues relating to Network security including ISO27001, Pen Testing, and Forensics.
Skills required:

Demonstrable experience managing complex network infrastructures.

Solid Cisco and Juniper Networking experience across Switching, Routing, WLAN Products, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and similar.

CCNP certification desirable.

Solid experience in Firewall configuration and management, ideally Checkpoint and/or ASA.

Demonstrable experience in managing complex LAN/WAN environments, ideally large scale/international LAN management.

ISO 27001 IT Security including Pen testing and IT Forensics would be seriously advantageous

In-depth knowledge of SNMP monitoring tools
