I am currently working a global IT organisaiton based in Bracknell who are recruiting for an IT Technical Analyst on a 6 month initial contract.
You will have the following responsiblities:
- Install and support both hardware and software components for user group
- Adress and resolve hardware and software issues
- Evaluate and system configuration and software to ensure effective used of hardware resources.
You must have the following experience:
- Experience dealing with user issues, logging tickets and ordering equipment
- Logging systems experience (Servicenow or Remedy)
- Windows 10 experience
This role is paying a daily rate of between £180 - £195 a day depending on experience.
