IT Service Analyst - Just outside East Grinstead - Surrey / Sussex / Kent border
Initial 6 months contract - Active Directory, Outlook, Citrix, Remote Access MS Office.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Desk Analyst, to be based just outside East Grinstead in East Sussex - This will be working within an exceptional national organisation, with a great culture and working environment. We need someone who has majority of the skills listed below and the genuine desire to do a great job.
Key responsibilities

Assess incoming incident and prioritise work according to timescales and processes.

Keep accurate and timely records within the incident monitoring system

Carry out technical investigation into support calls and escalate where required

Log/update or remove asset register information relating to kit when it is moved/deployed or disposed of

Provide technical support for: Windows 7/10, Office 365 and Active Directory

Provide iOS/Chrome support including; Mobile Device Management

Provide hardware support for desktops, laptops, printers & projectors

Ideally have knowledge of: MS products including Outlook, Office together with , Active Directory, Citrix, and remote access. Any knowledge of SharePoint would be great.
Ideally you will have some previous helpdesk or desktop support experience - troubleshooting and diagnosing faults in hardware such as desktop PCs, laptops, printers, telephones and mobile devices.
Because of their location - you will need to be able to drive.
