IDAM Business Analyst - Sutton - Initial 3 month contract (£350-380 per day PAYE)

I am currently partnering with a client who are recruiting for a Business Analyst on an initial 3 month contract. Whilst this role will initially be home based, there will be a requirement in the future to attend the office based in Sutton and also potentially some travel to the USA.

This role will be to join an existing Project to implement a global corporate Identity and Access provisioning platform.

Responsibilities will include:

Requirements elicitation and documentation, using User Stories and business process modelling
End-to-end requirements management and traceability, both functional and non-functional
Benefits and Impact analysis, both business and technical, working closely with Architects and Solution Designers (internal and suppliers)
analyse data sources and design self-serve dashboards
Documentation of Acceptance Criteria and working closely with technology & business teams to ensure solutions meet the requirements
Coordination of and hands-on assistance with User Acceptance Testing on the creation of test cases and test data
Senior stakeholder communication and relationship management, up to Director and VP level
Working closely with vendor representatives, both technical experts and product managers

Skills/Experience:

Previous experience in an agile project team with experience documenting requirements using User Stories.
Proven requirement gathering skills
Strong evidence of analysis techniques covering all phases of the project lifecycle, both Agile and Waterfall, across Technology and/or Business Change
A strong understanding and experience with Identity and Access management implementations
Functional and technical experience with Microsoft Identity Manager, Oracle Identity manager, (Azure) Active Directory and preferably Software IDM.
Functional experience on correlating HR-events to Identity Management data changes and experienced in creating mapping specifications for (API) Integrations between Workday and Microsoft Identity Manager
Functional and technical experience as a test consultant (test plan, test schedule, test tools, test cases and test execution).
Ability to communicate effectively, e.g. explain integrations to both technical and non-technically minded customers
Agile Business Analysis training or relevant qualifications.
Knowledge or practical use of project management tools (Ms DevOps, Jira and Confluence preferred)
Experience Power BI or other self-service reporting dashboards tool
