Invoicing Purchase Orders
Updating and maintaining the invoice database
Obtaining approval for invoices and distributing them where necessary
Managing supplier queries
Solving invoicing issues
Supplier statement reconciliations
Assist with weekly payment runs
Any other Ad hoc duties
