Business Process manager - Transportation and Warehouse Lead

This position is a new requirement to work closely with EU&AMEA business segment to define and document regional business processes for transportation and warehousing. Work closely with regional business management to define requirements and generate business cases as required for new or enhanced tools.

Role:
*Act as a partner to the business and interface to IT solutions providers
*Recommend innovative and constructive solutions that complement existing solution sets globally and capable of addressing various business needs in the region. Create repeatable and sustainable processes to gather and prioritise 1) Business strategy; 2) Detailed Business IT requirements; 3) Correlation with IT strategies 4) Realistic and measurable Business Cases
*Interface with relevant GAO (Dev/Ops) groups to 1) explain; 2) hand-over; 3) ensure execution; and 4) verification of all code and changes to ensure accurate completion to business functional specifications.
*Execute projects within the process area - accountable for requirements gathering, prioritising, resource requirement definitions, on- time implementation, in budget, user testing, and hand over to GSC (Dev/Ops support) after roll-out
*Partner with business leaders, at President and VP level and their key staff to define and create business requirements for each initiative regarding IT support - including: Total cost, resource requirements, timeline, expected benefits measured by EVA
*Ensures quality control, adherence to risk management, and best practices for all initiatives
*Be a thought leader in supply chain design and improvements
Professional & Education Qualifications
*Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in computer science, business administration or other relevant field required.

Essential
*Broad knowledge in a related professional field, usually acquired through education of extensive software consulting experience
* 3 or more years of experience in progressively more advanced information technology positions or relevant areas of business
*3 years of experience in Business Partnership, Service Delivery or IT Relationship Management in a global organisation with a Customer-focused approach
*Proven experience in leading, managing and delivering services to customers at a regional and global level in a consistent manner with an outsourced service provider
*Strong knowledge and understanding of Logistics process areas (within projects and operations)
*3 or more years' experience in which one or more of the following occurred:
*Demonstrated high competency in the execution of multiple large projects
*Gained experience in managing resources to meet goals across multiple projects
*Gained experience in leading multidiscipline, high-performance work teams/groups
*Demonstrated competency in developing efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems
**Sound knowledge of current fiscal compliance requirements in South America e.g. Nota Fiscal Inbound, Tax compliance etc.
