Responsibilities:

Responsible for installation and maintenance of hardware and software systems for end users

Assess and configure software

To maintain, test and repair equipment.

Resolve software/hardware and user issues

Maintenance of Network server systems

Provide the highest standard of customer service.
Skills required:
-
Proven track record with AD Migrations
-
You will need previous experience with moving accounts

Strong troubleshooting skills
