After studying Business and Marketing at College, Connor initially opted for the insurance industry where he quickly became one of his employer's top performers. Sensing it wasn't quite the right fit, however, Connor left the role, and went back-packing across Australia and the Far East. Returning to the UK, and actively seeking a position in recruitment, Connor was hired by Innova for their expanding Life Sciences team.
